Cancellations & Refund Policy

At KooolFashion.com, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.


1. Order Cancellations

a. Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@kooolfashion.com.
  • If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

b. After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to initiate a return once you receive the package (see Returns & Refunds section below).

2. Return & Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products within 3 days from the delivery date if:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
✅ All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
✅ The item is not a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

b. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return: Email returns@kooolfashion.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

📌 Return Shipping Cost:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

c. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

d. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Final sale or clearance items
❌ Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Gift cards


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kooolfashion.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defect/damage
  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to reflect.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@kooolfashion.com.
